How You Opt In

You opt in to receive SMS/text messages from Loan Now USA by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our business funding application at loannowusa.com/apply and providing your mobile phone number. By checking that box and submitting your application, you expressly consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and text messages from Loan Now USA and its lending partners at the mobile number you provide.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of obtaining any product or service from Loan Now USA. You may apply for funding without providing SMS consent.

Types of Messages

Once you opt in, you may receive text messages related to:

• Application status updates and next steps
• Funding offer notifications from lenders in our network
• Requests for additional information to process your application
• General business financing information relevant to your inquiry

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your application activity and status. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. We will not send unsolicited promotional messages unrelated to your funding inquiry.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Loan Now USA does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

How to Opt Out (Stop Messages)

You may opt out of SMS messages from Loan Now USA at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP — Text STOP in reply to any message from us. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
• Email us — Send your name and mobile number to info@loannowusa.com with a request to be removed from SMS communications.

To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START to any prior message from us or re-check the consent box on a new application.

No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing

Loan Now USA does not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes without your separate, explicit consent. Your number may be shared with lending partners in our network solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your business funding inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and others. Carrier support and message delivery may vary.
